A squad of the Food Supplies and Consumer Welfare Department under the directives of Brahmapur Sub-Collector Sidhharth Sankar Swain conducted raids at different hotels of the city on Thursday.
The raids were carried out for illegal use of the domestic lPG cylinders in five hotels in which 21 domestic lPG cylinders were seized. A case was lodged against as many as five hotels.During the raid, enforcement squad members Sushant Kumar Hota, Kailash Chandra Pradhan, Sibaram Pradhan, Ashok Kumar Mohanty, Soubhagya Ranjan Nayak and Kamalakant Behera were present.
