Bhubaneswar on Monday registered 206 new Covid-19 positive cases, with which the total positives’ tally in the city rose to 1,02,267. The city had recorded 264 positive cases on Sunday and 334 cases on Saturday. Of the 206 new cases, 57 were from quarantine and 149 were local contacts.
Meanwhile, 23 more patients succumbed to the disease on the day, mounting the total death toll in the city to 934. Total 186 persons recovered from the virus in the past 24 hours, increasing the total recoveries to 98,491. The number of active cases stood at 2,821.
