60 blood units collected from Sunshine hosp camp
Bhubaneswar: On the occasion of the World Blood Donor Day, city-based tertiary care hospital Sunshine held a blood donation drive at the hospital premises on Tuesday. A total of 60 staff members and consultants donated blood at the camp facilitated by the Capital Hospital with the support of the Indian Red Cross Society, Bhubaneswar Chapter. Sunshine Hospital Vice-President (Operations) Dr Sachin Jain said, “We want to encourage people to donate blood and educate them that it is safe to do so.”
FIITJEE student Bismay Swain excels in JEE (A)
Bhubaneswar: FIITJEE, Bhubaneswar Centre student Bismay Swain topped in the State by securing AIR-137 in JEE Advanced 2016 examination. This is the 2nd successive year that the FIITJEE has produced the State topper in JEE Advanced following in the footsteps of Rohit Kumar Jena last year.
