Vidya Bhavan distributes relief to fire victims Bhubaneswar: Students and staff members of the city-based management college, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, visited the Mangala Basti in Unit-IV here and extended all possible help to the people, who were rendered homeless in a devastating fire on May 2.
They distributed food to around 300 victims and utensils to 120 families in the presence of local MlA Bijay Mohanty, Corporator Naren Kumar Sahoo, Director lieutenant Colonel PK Sahu and Assistant Director Chandan Kumar Das.
Nalco body holds Pandit Raghunath birthday Bhubaneswar: The Nalco SC and ST Employees’ Welfare Association observed the 110th birth anniversary of Pandit Raghunath Murmu here on Monday. BoB holds Branch Managers’ meet
Bhubaneswar: The Bank of Baroda (BoB), Odisha region held a Branch Managers’ meet here. GM SK Shaw felicitated 40 Branch Managers on the occasion. A farewell was given to Bank’s outgoing regional head GB Panda. On the other hand, AK Grover was welcomed as the new Regional Head. Allahabad Bank opens new branch in city
Bhubaneswar: The Allahabad Bank has opened its 15th branch in Bhubaneswar and 81st branch in the State in the Infocity area at Chandrasekharpur here. NTPC and RINl Director Rajib Sekhar Sahoo inaugurated the branch in the presence of bank’s Bhubaneswar zone head and Deputy General Manager Dinesh Kumar.
