Sesa Sterlite observes Energy Conservation Day
lanjigarh (Kalahandi): The Sesa Sterlite ltd celebrated the National Energy Conservation Day on Saturday at its plant premises. Its staffs and partner companies joined in an awareness rally with slogans, banners and posters. Sesa Sterlite COO & President Dr Mukesh Kumar ltd said, “As a responsible company, we hold the earth energy resources as a trustee and it is the duty of all individuals to utilise the same in a very effective manner that we leave behind a better environment for the future generation.” At a meeting at lanjigarh, the staffs and workers took oath by reading the Energy Conservation Pledge towards aligning with the National Mission for Enhanced Energy Efficiency of the Country. A blood donation camp was also held.
