As many as 20 Odisha migrant workers are reportedly coming on foot from Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh to their native villages in Gajapati district.
Reports said the workers started walking five days back to cover 800 km to reach Gajapati. On Friday, they reached Srikakulam, 70 km away from Gajapati. They are expected to reach the district on Saturday.
While 17 of them belong to Gumma block, the three others are residents of a village under Raigarh block. The district administration was yet to clarify about them.
