Unknown miscreants looted hard cash from two State Bank of India (SBI) ATM counters, one at Remuna and another at Mathasahi, both under the Baleswar Town police station late on Saturday night.
The miscreants cut the vaults of the ATM and looted away cash. The amount looted was still to be ascertained as several transactions had been made earlier on the day.
The matter came to light late on Sunday afternoon. The police suspect that the loot could be handiwork of a inter-State gang.
