Two students of the Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) have qualified the National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET) 2017, results of which were declared on Friday. They are Nabin Munda and Shradhanjali Kapandia.
Nabin and Shradhanjali scored 150 and 129 marks, respectively against qualifying 170 marks.KIIT and KIIS founder Dr Achyuta Samanta congratulated them and said tribal students can excel in any field if they are provided proper care and guidance. The KISS has provided such kind of care and guidance to its students. Many KISS students are pursuing education in national level institutions like IITs, NITs and IIMs, he said.
