Two newly-appointed judges, Justices Subhasis Talapatra and Sanjay Kumar Mishra, took oath as Judges of the Orissa High Court here on Friday.
High Court Chief Justice S Muralidhar administered the oath of office to them at a ceremony in the court premises.
Recently, the Supreme Court Collegium had recommended transfer of Justice Talapatra from the Tripura High Court to the Orissa HC. On June 3, President Ram Nath Kovind had appointed advocate Sanjay Mishra as a Judge of the Orissa HC.
