State capital city Bhubaneswar on Monday registered 191 more Covid-19 cases, with which its total tally increased to 33,893. Out of the new cases, 146 were local contacts and 45 were from quarantine.
The local contacts included 14 cases from Khandagiri, 13 from Patia, nine from Old Town, seven from Unit-3, six from Nayapalli, five cases each from Jharpada and Badagada and four cases each from Bhimatangi, Saileshreevihar and Gajapatinagar.
Currently, the active cases in the city stood at 1236. While 32,3386 patients have recovered from the disease, 250 have succumbed to it.
