The NTR Seva Samiti organised a Red Cross blood donation camp at Divyanandan Celebrations here on Sunday on the occasion of its 7th anniversary. Former Sanakhemundi MlA Ramesh Chandra Jena was the chief guest while the BDA Chairman and district BJP president Subash Chandra Mahara and Corporator R Murali Mohan were the guests of honour.
Jena urged youths to donate blood as it is a noble service to the mankind. Around 110 units of blood were donated at the camp. Among others, NTR Samiti president M Vanket Ramana, secretary Srinivas Rao, vice-president Ch Chakradhar Rao, joint secretary S Bhupati, treasurer V Muralikrishna Raju and advisors Dr AR. Verma and Dr J Narayan Rao were present.
