To this, you clarified that the Congress doesn’t believe in caste politics and doesn’t make any caste-based Chief Minister. It indicates that you don’t understand the difference between ‘caste’ and ‘class’. The Constitution also provides reservation to categories (classes) of people. Recently, you said Rahul Gandhi chose you as PCC chief because you are a Patnaik.
