The Jharsuguda Police administration has launched a new scheme "SP on Phone" in which general public can lodge their grievances/complaints.
The landline number is 06645-270808 over which the complainant can dial between 10.30 am and 11.30 am every Monday from June 29 onwards.
The SP Jharsuguda will personally attend to the telephone calls from general public about any allegations and take necessary action accordingly.
Jharsuguda SP Rahul PR has started the system to become closer to the public. During his tenure as SP Rayagada, Rahul was going to the public personally to hear and solve their grievances on the spot, which has made him more popular as an ideal administrator.
