Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Thursday dared Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik for a proposal for district status to Padampur in his Cabinet and show the notification to the people before addressing his scheduled election rallies in Padampur on Friday. Notably, Patnaik, who addressed election rallies virtually for five by polls in the State since 2019, will physically campaign for BJD candidate Barsha Singh Bariha in Padampur.
Pradhan on the third day of his campaigning joined road shows and addressed meetings for BJP candidate Pradip Purohit. He attacked the State Government on a host of issues and alleged that the BJD Government has been playing treachery with the people for last 22 years by doling out false promises.
