The Gandhi Bichar Manch has hailed the Union Government’s move to prepare a ‘Gandhi-pedia’ to sensitise the young generation of the country and abroad about Mahatma Gandhi’s ideology, thoughts, writings and workings.
Manch president Prahllad Kumar Singh also urged the Government to ensure that the Gandhi-pedia becomes flawless and to release it before the coming Gandhi Jayanti. The Gandhi-pedia would be prepared by the National Council for Since Museum, as per announcement of the Union Finance Minister.
Singh expressed happiness that the Union Government has finally decided to publish a Gandhi-pedia which he had been demanding for long. “The Union Government should sensitise students and youths world over about Mahatma Gandhji’s ideas by digitalizing the Gandhi-pedia before his 150 birth anniversary on October 2, 2019,” demanded Singh.
He too demanded that the Government alos digitilase 100 volumes of the writings of Mahatma Gandhi before the Gandhi Jayanti.
