The Manav Adhikar Surakhya Manch held its 70th Ghanta Yatra (cymbal rally) on Monday and submitted a memorandum to the Sub-Collector demanding a probe into the functioning of the superspeciality department and seeking stringent action against the culprits.

The members alleged that the 300-bedded superspeciality department, which was constructed with a tune of Rs 56 crore and was inaugurated by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, is turning to be a haunted house and is an example of corruption.
