The Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) is the flyover from India to Bharat, said Governor Prof Ganeshi Lal joining as chief guest in the first Foundation Day celebration of the KISS University here on Thursday.
Addressing KISS studentsm Prof Lal said, “Just 2 to 3 years back, 10,000 scientists in a 27-km-long tunnel under 300 feet of the earth spending almost Rs 50,000 crore were searching for a God particle.

I am so amazed to see KISS; there is no word to express. I salute the team of (KISS) founder Dr Achyuta Samanta.”

Love of souls for soul becomes the logo of KISS. As his birthday on Ganesh Chaturthi, Prof Lal gave Rs 1 lakh for distribution of sweets among the KISS students. Dr Samanta gave the welcome address.
