BJD leader and former Balangir MP Kalikesh Narayan Singh Deo in a Tweet has urged Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik to gear up the healthcare system for children to meet the likely challenges of a third wave of coronavirus, which is likely to attack after six months.
Already in the second wave of Covid-19, the healthcare system has been stretched beyond capacity and it's under heavy strain. A third wave of coronavirus would have possible effects on children after six months and the Government should take steps to bolster the paediatric healthcare system to meet the challenges effectively, Singh Deo urged the CM.
