Utkal Samiilani Mancheswar branch president Dillip Dashsharma has condemned the illegal entry of Andhra Pradesh leaders and officials repeatedly into Kotia gram panchayat in Pottangi block of Koraput district.
He said in a statement on Tuesday that it is very unfortunate that Andhra Pradesh officials are regularly intruding into Kotia.
The Sammilani in 2013 along with the district administration and local leaders had protested against the Andhra Pradesh Government’s move of building roads and houses and providing electricity under its different schemes in Kotia gram panchayat.
The Sammilani demanded that Odisha police detain the leaders and officials of AP entering illegally into the State border and take action against them.
