Severely injured 18-year-old youth who was attacked by four armed assailants on November 9 at at Sonkutch village under Berasia police station police station area died during treatment in the night on Tuesday.Sonu Kanjar died after under going treatment over a week while his brother escaped with injuries and is still reportedly critical.
Fuelled with old enmity over a disputed land two were attacked by four arms miscreants at Sonkutch village, the accused hit their bike with jeep and later attacked with sharp edged weapons leaving with severely injured. Earlier Machha Bai lodged complaint after her son Sonu Kanjar and his friend were attacked by Naseem, Shukla , Rinku and Anup Kanjar. The four attacked with sharp edged weapons and wooden sticks.
Police said that a youth was rushed to hospital after he was attacked by four armed miscreant while on his way to home. The injured was identified as Sonu who was attacked by accused who had dispute over land at the village for long. The two were attacked on November 9 and next day Sonu’s mother lodged complaint.In her complaint, the victim told the police that Sonu and his friend were in the village when the four obstructed them and started a verbal spat and when opposed accused attacked with sharp edged weapons.
