Bagh Sewania police have nabbed a 23-year-old youth for sexually exploiting a 21-year old girl for the past two years; accused was nabbed on Wednesday.
Police said that the accused identified as Shubham Sharma was nabbed after the victim lodged complaint against the accused of sexual exploitation for the past two years on the pretext of marriage.
The victim in her complaint stated that she met the accused in the year 2016 with the accused and developed relationship later. The accused took her to his friend’s house in Bagh Sewania and sexually assaulted her. later when she asked for marriage the accused escaped with excuses and recently abused her when he asked for marriage after which the victim lodged a complaint with the police.
The police have registered a case under section 366, 376- 2 (N) and 294 of the IPC and nabbed the accused.
Meanwhile, a 38-year-old man was nabbed on the charges of having unnatural sex with his wife at Piplani; accused husband was nabbed on Wednesday.
Piplani police nabbed accused identified as Ansar Khan for sodomising his wife for the past one week and was nabbed after victim lodged complaint.
The victim in her complaint stated that her husband used to have unnatural sex with her and whenever she would oppose she was threatened of life and used to fight frequently. Annoyed from the atrocities the victim lodged complained with the police.
Based on the complaint police registered a case under section 377 and 506 of the IPC and nabbed the accused.
