Depressed over failing in love, a 26-year-old youth committed suicide by hanging self with the ceiling at Ahiroura; lengthy suicide note claiming that girlfriend has ditched him was found, Jehangirabad police have started investigation.
According to police, the deceased Vinod Verma was declared dead when he was rushed to a nearby hospital after he was found hanging. A suicide note having 8 pages was found in which he claimed that his girlfriend had ditched him.
Police were informed and based on the receipt a team reached and started investigation.
In the initial investigation it was found that the deceased had one sided love with the girl who had also lodged complaint with the police about the deceased. At around 10 in the night he was found hanging.
Police have found a suicide which would be investigated. The reason of taking extreme step was mentioned as failure in love with a girl, and whether it was true or allegedly false would be investigated.The deceased used to work at a printing press and liked the girl. After the preliminary investigation the body was sent for the post mortem and a case under section 174 of the CrPC was registered.
Meanwhile a 50-year-old man died under suspicious circumstances at Barela village in the night on Wednesday. The deceased, identified as Haseen Khan was rushed to the hospital where he died late in the night.
Police were informed and in the initial investigation it was found that the deceased was a resident of Barela and worked with a private firm. A case under section 174 of the CrPC was registered.
