A 20-year-old youth, who had fallen from third floor of building on August 23 died while undergoing treatment at Hamidia hospital; deceased used to work as waiter with Ranjeet hotel under Hanumanganj police station area and used to live in staff rooms provided by hotel.
According to the police, the deceased identified as Vijay Vishwakarma fell from third floor of staff room building around four days ago and was rushed to Hamidia hospital where he died during treatment on Saturday.
Police said investigation would be conducted regarding deaths that the deceased committed suicide or it was an accidental death.
During the investigation police have not found any suicide note which suggest that the deceased might have fell but at the moment nothing could be ascertained as the post mortem report is awaited.
After the preliminary investigation the body was sent for the post mortem and case under section 174 of the CrPC has been registered.
Meanwhile a 40-year-old labour died on Saturday while undergoing treatment after he fell from terrace of an under-construction building at C-Sector Shahpura under Chuna Bhatti police station area on Thursday. The police said that the deceased Manoj Mande of Bheem Nagar fell while working at an under construction building and was rushed to a nearby hospital where he died while undergoing treatment on Saturday.
The police have started investigation and action would be taken against contractor if found guilty of negligence at work. The post mortem report is awaited and further investigation has been started said police.
