Koh-e-Fiza police have booked a miscreant who raped a 16-year-old girl; case was registered after girl was found seven month pergnant.
The girl, a class 7 student who lives in a slum in the Koh-e-Fiza area reported stomachache and was taken to hospital where it was found that she is 7 month pregnant.
The incident is eight months old, the girl had come out of her house to defecate in open where an unknown accused raped her near her house.
Due to fear of the accused, she did not tell anyone about the incident. On Monday, the victim had stomach pain and her family took her to the hospital where the doctors told that the girl is seven months pregnant. The hospital staff informed the police. After which the police recorded the statement of the victim and registered a case against the unknown accused.
TI Brijendra Marskole said that the 16-year-old girl lives in a slum in Kohefiza police station area. The girl's parents work as labourers. On Sunday night she suddenly started having severe pain in her stomach. The family took him to the hospital.
After the checkup here, the doctor told that the girl is 7 month pregnant and there is a pregnancy of 7 months in her stomach.
As soon as the information was received, the police reached the hospital and recorded the statement of the girl. The girl told the police that she was raped in the month of February. Police said that the victim will be counseled to get the name of the accused and other information.
The student told the police that on the day of the incident, she had left home to defecate in the morning. There is no toilet in her house, she had gone to defecate in the bushes near the house.
