Gunga police have booked a 17-year-old youth who raped a 14-year-old girl studying in class 7; accused molesting victim for past three years.
The girl told the police that the boy living in the neighborhood used to hold her hand frequently on the way. The girl remained silent fearing the accused.
On April 2, the accused did the wrong thing by finding her alone in the house. The police have arrested the accused.
During interrogation, he told that he was in love with the girl. A 14-year-old girl from Gunaga area is studying in 7th standard in a private school. A 17-year-old boy lives in her locality. The girl told the police that for the last three years, the boy used to chase her while on her way to school and molest her when she used to go to fetch water near the house, she used to hold hands and move. On April 2, the girl student was alone in the house he entered her house threatened and raped her.
After the rape, the accused used to roam around the girl's house. He used to tease the girl. The local people also came to know about this.
The locals told about the incident to the girl's mother and when the girl's mother asked the daughter about it, she told that the boy has been harassing her for three years. On April 2, he has raped her. After this the family took the girl to the police station and lodged complaint.
