World Environment Day celebraed at Beraisa resort

On the occasion of World Environment Day, Umer Aleem organised a programme in his resort at Hinotiya Jageer Berasia Road Bhopal on June 6.

The program started with National Anthem, MLA Berasia was first welcomed by Umar Aleem, Founder of Teak Land Resort and Nabli Bai, Sarpanch of village Hinotia Jager, by giving shawl and momento. After that a Neem plant was planted there by MLA Khatri after that the sarpanch honored Syed Umar Aleem and got the MLA done by saying that our Panchayat membe Umar Aleem planted 15000 plants and which is turned into a dense forest

After coming back to India after returning from Saudi Arabia in 1985, Umar Aleem was the first to introduce a Six A Side cricket tournament to India in Bhopal.

By planting 15,000 saplings on the barren mountain adjacent to his farm in Hinotia estate and watering them with sprinklers, he developed it into a forest.

In 1997, commissioner Wilfred Lakda had got them counted by Patwari in which it was found that 12000 teak plants and 3000 fruit plants and peacock, rabbits and deer have settled. Then the PCCF of the Forest Department and Forest Minister Shiv Netam after observing the forest said that today's price is Rs 1 crore, and even our forest department can't do such a big work, then his complete file for National Award IPFA was sent to center for 3 years.

I don't want a single penny, I just want the government to take care of these plants, the forest guard should be deployed and 10 acres should be fenced but today even after 25 years nothing has been done  due to which about 10,000 out of 12,000 teak trees have vanished. I wish that our CM Shivraj who is creating awareness among the people to plant saplings to keep the environment good, and he himself is an environment lover.
