A three-day workshop on ‘Winning Together Programme’ for E1-E2 Executives of Bhopal unit was inaugurated on Thursday in HRDC, Bhopal by AMV Yugandhar, Executive Director, BHEl Bhopal. MK Varma, GM (HR, CMG,
PMG & Export Coordination) was present as Guest of Honour on this occasion. The programme is scheduled from April 21 to 23.
Brajesh Agrawal, I Soreng, Swagata S Saxena and Hareesh Singh Bagwar were present on the occasion as programme faculty. Total 27 Executives (E1 & E2) from Bhopal unit of various product/function groups are participating in this programme.
Brajesh Agrawal, AGM (HRD) welcomed the distinguished guests and participants. He said that this programme aims to win as a team and is based on experiential learning which helps in bringing about attitudinal changes in individuals.
Soreng and programme director briefed about the genesis of this programme and the role of HRDI and HRDCs in designing this programme. He shared the objectives and contents which focus on employeeship, leadership and team player for achieving the vision, mission and values of the organization. The programme Also, the programme revolves around three areas-productivity, quality and relations.
MK Varma, GM (HR, CMG,PMG & Export Coordination) shared his own experiences as young executive. He said that the young executives need to rise to the occasion and shoulder their responsibilities quickly. He insisted that one needs to be vigilant and active in the rapidly changing and highly competitive business environment and its impact on BHEl.
AMV Yugandhar, Executive Director, BHEl Bhopal shared that success of any company depends on how its employees work and perform as a team. He
insisted that one needs to plan the things and use his/her energy and strengths to further improve and set new benchmarks for others.
