In order to increase the positive energy among teachers and reduce the stress to some extent with gaiety, a workshop was organized in Government Subhash School of Excellence titled 'Bas Ek hi Pal Hai'. The workshop was held on Monday.
The teachers actively participated in this workshop. It was conducted by Sarjana Academy for Design and Fine Arts under 'Suljhan'.
Sunil Shukla, director of Sarjana, said that we can neither do anything in what has passed nor change what is about to happen, we have 'Bas Ek Hi Pal' which we can live as we want.
Initially, through a game, the message was explained and then five groups of participants were formed. Each group composed and performed its own name, color and song.
The host Swastika Chakraborty asked everyone to write down their major concerns and concerns and discussed it. Then there was the mass antakshari round and in the end they expressed their happiness.
School Principal Sudhakar Parashar said that unless the teacher himself is not stressed and drenched with positive energy, he will not be able to give his 100 percent. This workshop has been organized so that their stress should be less and they can think something new outside the daily routine.
Teacher Anjana Kapuria said that monotony starts increasing every day by adopting the same methodology. It is not that something new is told in this workshop that a person is not even aware of, but through these activities, a new energy is infused with everyone for a few moments with joy.
