Sagar Azad, Director of Champ Readers Pvt. Ltd., talked about entrepreneurship and his journey as an entrepreneur. Champ Readers is a platform which promotes budding authors and helps them grow in many ways. Azad shared his entrepreneurial Journey.
He said, “My journey too was not easy as everyone's journey. When I used to handle Crossword store here in Kota, I used to come across many authors who would come to my store and I would try to read their mind, Some Authors were really very famous and they didn't need any promotion, but some were budding authors and they were struggling to promote their stories. They didn't have some genuine platform which could promote what they have been written and perhaps due to this particular reason they were facing lots of challenges to reach to the right readers.”
As one aims to make a mark in their entrepreneurial journey, one faces a lot of pressure and setbacks from society as well. Azad has a very unique way to tackle them “If you really want to become an entrepreneur, words like 'Pressure' don't exist to you. Such words have literally no meaning when your dreams are really big. Every big dream comes with lots of hurdles, but if your determination is firm, nothing can shake you. ”
In next 5 years Azad aims to launch various platforms and lay the foundation of one of the most awaited 'LIT FEST' of India 'The Indian Literature Carnival' through which his dream is to give privilege to the Indian Authors.
As an entrepreneur Sagar encourages budding entrepreneurs to accept all the challenges which may come in the way of their success and that will surely help them to achieve their goals.
