A 27-year-old girl was sexually exploited for the past four years. The accused used to blackmail her threatening to make the act of atrocity public. The victim was sexually assaulted at an under-construction house in Bagh sewania area. A complaint was lodged by the victim on Thursday.
According to the police, the victim was sexually assaulted by the accused, Sarwan Lodhi.
The victim and the accused used to work as labourers at an under construction building in Baghsewania .
The victim, in her complaint, stated that she was alone in the afternoon on February 26 when the accused came to her and raped her. At the time of the incident, others at the site had gone for lunch. After the rape, the accused threatened to make the act public. Later, the accused did the atrocity but this time victim informed her husband and a complaint was lodged with the police.
A case has been lodged in this connection under relevant sections of IPC.
