A 25-year-old woman committed suicide by hanging with the ceiling at her Nikhil Bungalow residence under Misrod police station area late in the evening on Wednesday.
Police said that the deceased Deepika Tiwari was found hanging and was rushed to a nearby hospital where she was declared dead.
The deceased’s brother Pawan informed the police regarding the suicide. The deceased used to work with a private firm. Police have not found any suicide note which could help in revealing the reason behind the suicide.
During the investigation reason behind the suicide would be investigated. The mobile phone call records of the suicide would be investigated which would help in finding the reason said police.
After the preliminary investigation the body was sent for the post mortem and the police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and have started further investigation. The owner and employees of the firm where she used to work would be questioned.Meanwhile, a 12-year-old boy died on Wednesday who had sustained electric shock on September 5 during Ganesh immersion procession at Shahpura lake.
According to the police, the minor deceased was identified Neetu Rajput of Ishwar Nagar. He had gone for Ganesh Idol immersion at Shahpura which was placed at Sevoy Market during the Ganesh festival. The deceased was rushed to a nearby hospital where he died during treatment on Wednesday.
The body was sent for the post mortem after the preliminary investigation. The police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and have started further investigation.
