Owner of Poison Anti-Ageing Pvt Ltd who was recently booked for sexual assault by MP Nagar police have been booked by Madhogarh police in Uttar Pradesh after his wife has raised allegations of involvement in flesh trade, fake medicines and homosexuality.
The accused Ahineet Sarvesh Gupta runs Poison Anti-Ageing Pvt Ltd married with the victim in the month of March this year and later when she find that Abhineet is involved in wrong doings she separated.
The victim has claimed that family members of Abhineet are involved in all wrong businesses he operates. Father, sister and other relatives have been booked by the police. The UP police are likely to arrest the accused who also booked by MP Nagar police for the sexual assault of a Mumbai based model. On the other hand Abhineet has filed divorce in the court from his wife. Police have started investigation into the matter. Earlier in the month of July MP Nagar police have booked Abhineet for sexually assaulting of a 24-year-old Mumbai based model in the name of facilitating role in movies; Mumbai police registered case of zero FIR and transferred case to MP Nagar police.
After the complaint was lodged by the victim with the Mumbai police a zero FIR case and transferred the case to MP Nagar police.
After the preliminary investigation the police found that the victim was sexually assault at Amar Vilas hotel under MP Nagar police station area. The police registered a case of sexual assault and started investigation.
