With the efficient working by Coaching Money Refund section and Chief Manager Commercial Ticket Checking Flying Sqaud, the West Central Railway headquarters has completed refund of e-tickets in the period April 1, 2020 to June 25, 2020, said Chief PRO WCR Priyanka Dixit. The WCR has made record by completing the pendimg work.
Under the guidance of Chief Commercial Manager, Rajesh Pathak, Chief Commercial Manager (Passenger) Brijendra Kumar, Deputy Chief Commercial Manager Subir Shrivastava, Assistant Commercial Manager Nitesh Sone the target for zero e-ticket refund for commercial department has been achieved with the dedication of Amit Verma, Pushpa Dwivedi, Mayank Dubey, Gajendra Mahrolia, Mukesh Jyotshi, Shailesh Upadhyay, Prem Prakash, JP Singh who have performing their best which was aimed to complete the task.
On March 31, 2020 there were 3080 cases of e-ticket refund and during and after the lock-down till June 25 the disposal of all the cases was done, the number of pending cases is zero. Number of refund cases of e-tickets on July 7 is nill.
