We all are equal and have to work together to take this organisation to new heights," opined Director, HR BHEl D Bandyopadhyay while addressing the employees in a programme organised at BHEl Cultural Hall on Thursday.
On this occasion Executive Director BHEl, Bhopal DK Thakur, General Manager HR, CMG, PMG & EC Manoj K Varma and all general managers, Trade union representatives and employees in large number were present.
Bandyopadhyay said BHEl is moving ahead wresting on the experience & efforts of the employees. But the challenges before us are huge and we have to change ourselves with the changing times. All employees whosoever is working in the organisation have to put in their best efforts. The company will be able to maintain its legacy only if we keep our hard work on and similarly will lead us to a brighter future ahead.
He added BHEl will keep on extending its horizon in the global market in the coming five years, with stress on the development of new products. BHEl is on the spree to bag more international orders, the latest being the order from Bangladesh. later, he answered to the questions raised by the employees during the programme.
Earlier, Thakur said we have to work honestly in bringing laurels to the company. We will surely achieve success if we keep on working hard keeping an eye at the market development. He said we have full faith in the senior management and surely our hard work will bring success.
Varma welcoming all guests threw light on the role of HR with respect to the changing business scenario.
