West Central Railway achieved great feats for all the performances as it received Railway Board Shield as well as shields of personnel, health care, rolling stock, scrap sales which were given by the Minister of Railway Board.
There are 17 zonal railways and 7 production units in entire Indian Railways. After assessing the excellent work done throughout the year in the production unit awards are decided at the Ministry of Railways level
West Central Railway received highes award (Over All Performance) in Railways ´Govind Vallabh Pant´ Award and shield has been received.
To receive awards fom the Railway Minister GM S.K. Gupta with other eminent officers will go to Orissa (Bhubaneswar) where the award will be received on 28th May 2022.
On this joyous occasion and the West Central Railway Mazdoor Union, General Secretary Ashok Sharma presented bouquets to General Manager, West Central Railway, Shri S.K. to Gupta and congratulated.
Also AGM Shaubhun Chaudhary, Chief Chief Personnel Officer S.K. Albela, Chief Chief Medical Director H.K. Shrivastava, Principal Chief Mechanical Engineer RS Saxena and Principal Chief Material Manager D.C. Ahirwar congratulated.
