The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has, on Wednesday, registered six FIRs in connection with the Vyapam scam.
The first case has been registered under sections 34, 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the IPC against two persons, on the basis of the FIR No; 70/15 at Police Station Kamla Nagar Bhopal (MP) on the allegations of cheating by impersonation in Constable Recruitment Examination, 2013
The second case has been registered under sections 120-B, 419, 420 and 176 of IPC and section 3/4 of MP RecogniSed Examinations Act against nine accused persons on the basis of the FIR No; 310/12 at Police Station University, Gwalior, on the allegations of cheating by impersonation in Constable Recruitment Examination, 2012.
The third case has been registered under sections 120-B, 417, 418, 419, 420 and 468 of IPC and Section 3/4 of MP Recognized Examinations Act against four accused persons on the basis of the FIR No; 279/13 at Police Station Kotwali,Damoh on the allegations of cheating by impersonation in Forest Guard Recruitment Examination 2013.
The fourth case has been registered under sections 34, 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471of the IPC and section 3/4 of MP Recognized Examinations Act against 16 accused persons on the basis of the FIR No.175/09 at Police Station Jhansi road, Gwalior, on the allegations of cheating by impersonation in Pre Medical Test 2009.
The fifth case has been registered under sections 120-B, 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC and section 3/4 of MP Recognized Examinations Act against three persons on the basis of the FIR No; 443/12 at Police Station Madhoganj, Gwalior, on the allegations of cheating by impersonation in Constable Recruitment Examination, 2012.
The sixth case has been registered under sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the IPC on the basis of the FIR No; 128/2014 at Police Station Jahangirabad, Bhopal (MP) against two persons, on allegations of cheating by impersonation in Police Constable Recruitment Exam 2013.
