It is very difficult for the common man to complain about the corruption to the officers of the Janpad Panchayat, Mhow, which has recently received the ISO award. The villagers of gram Panchayat Banjaari when approached to the CEO Narendra Bhavsare about the corruption in the Gram Panchayat Banjaari who instead of listening to the problems of villagers got annoyed and furious and misbehaved with the villagers. The villagers felt sad on this issue and they went to the SDM office and complained about the rude and arrogant behaviour of the CEO. Villagers Praveen Pandey, Chandresh Yadav, Anil Singh and Jagdish Suravanshi went to meet the CEO Narendra Bhavsare at his office. The CEO signed the receipt copy of the complaint and gave it to the villagers. later he snatched the receipt copy from the villagers and tore the portion of the paper where he has signed thus removing the proof of his signature and date and started shouting at the villagers and pushed them out of the Janpad Panchayat office and threatened them that he has good relation with senior officers and politicians.

The villagers of gram Panchayat Banjaari told that they have earlier complained about the corruption but the CEO has not taken any action against the accused. It seems that he is also involved in corruption. SDM Mhow Vijay Agrawal told The Pioneer the CEO should behave politely to the villagers as they are for public service and not to rule them. “I have issued notice to the CEO and after his clarification the case will be transferred to Indore Collector for further action,” he added.
