I remember we were allotted a hostel nearby Bharat Bhavan and early in the morning we used to come walking down to the venue from our hostel. So at that time, we had a permanent adda, which was a small kiosk of poha jalebi and before the rehearsals, we all used to have it,” says Vibha.
“These days, whenever I search for that kiosk, I don’t find it,” she added. Elaborating further, she says, “Poha Jalebi is my favourite breakfast whenever I come to Bhopal and in Mumbai, I really miss it.”
As she recalls her old memories, she emphasised over the changing scenario in theatre today. These days’ youngsters just want to get success with a blink of an eye, she said, “We used to prepare a single play in three to four months and these days, plays are just prepared within 15 days.” Elaborating further, she says, “Audience for theatres are there, but performers are none.”
On Wednesday night, she along with her team of Hum Aapke Ghar Mein Rehtey Hain visited lake view. “lake view is my favourite place in Bhopal. I find it very peaceful,” she said. She signed off saying, “It was yet another memorable trip to Bhopal.”
