Hardcore saffron leader Praveen Togadia here on Saturday questioned senior journalist Ved Pratap Vaidik’s intention for meeting dreaded Pakistanti terrorist Hafiz Saeed in Pakistan saying that sipping team and sharing ‘biryani’ with terrorist Hafiz Saeed whom even the United States has declared an international terrorists, is certainly not an act of patriotism.
“If we really have courage, we ought to have brought Saeed to India by putting rope round his neck and hanged him,” Togadia said while talking to media persons here.
While condemning the inhuman treatment meted out to Amarnath pilgrims and those who giving ‘Bhandara’ for the pilgrims in Kashmir, the VHP leader urged the Jammu & Kashmir Government to arrest the culprits and ensure punishment to them by setting up fast track court. He cautioned that the Hindus would give a befitting reply if the incident like that is repeated during the course of Amarnath Yatra.
Togadia said efforts must not be made to test patience of Hindus. He said the VHP would celebrate its golden jubilee year on Janmashtmi in August next month. To mark the occasion, the VHP would organise ‘Sobha Yatra’ at 5,000 places in the country.
He further informed that the World Hindu Congress would be organised in New Delhi in November this year wherein Hindu representatives from all-over the world would take part. Similarly, from November to February next year, mega Hindu sammelan would be organised in 500 districts of the country including at Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore and Bhopal.
During the course of sammelan, the people of Hindu community would be administered pledge on security, prosperity, honour, health, employment, construction of Ram temple, ban on cow slaughter and religious conversation.
