Under the Right to Education Act in Madhya Pradesh, online applications can now be submitted till July 5 for free admission in Class 1 of private schools for the session 2022-23. Earlier this date was fixed till June 30.
Director Raj Education Center Dhanraju S said that applicants for free admission in private schools would be selected on July 14 through online lottery as per eligibility. Director Dhanraju said that at present, in the local body election process, the timetable has been amended keeping in view the interest of the government servants and in case the verification work cannot be done after online application by many parents.
According to the revised time table, online application and error correction will be done on the portal till July 5.
After the online application, verification will be done from the verifying officers in the nearest verification center till July 9.
Allotment of schools to children will be done by online lottery on 14 July through random method. After allotment of school through online lottery, the concerned child will be able to take admission till July 23.
