Under Road Safety Week organized by the City Traffic Police Bhopal from January 11- 17, 2023, training program for the fleet manager of the school was organized on Thursday.
The training program for the fleet manager of the school was organized in the initial phase of the training program for the driver-operator of the buses operated for the movement of students in the schools
Deputy Commissioner of Police Headquarters Vineet Kapoor said that school transportation is the collective responsibility of all. Safe transportation is a child's right and on violation the responsibility of the law comes into action. Parents send their children to the school on the basis of the trust of the school management. Therefore, the driver and operator of the school bus should follow the traffic guidelines.
Addressing the training program, District Education Officer Nitin Saxena said that all the schools should follow the guidelines and arrange entry and exit in the school properly.
Hansraj Singh, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Traffic highlighted the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court regarding school transportation and received the problems and suggestions of the Fleet Manager.
Meanwhile, Superintendent of Police & Deputy Director, Madhya Pradesh Police Academy Bhopal informed that the sub-inspector 91-B session and the joint convocation ceremony of new constables will be held on January 13 from 9 am at the parade ground of Madhya Pradesh Police Academy Bhauri Bhopal.
The chief guest of the joint convocation will be Additional Director General of Police, Women's Safety Pragya Richa Srivastava. In the ceremony, the chief guest will take the salute of the parade and inspect the parade.
