The system of online filing of Entrepreneur Memorandum (EM) Part 1 and 2 for setting up of micro, small and medium industries in the State has been changed. Now, Udyog Aadhar Memorandum will be filed online instead of EM Part 1 and 2.
Online filing of EM Part 1 and 2 for establishing micro, small and medium units was linked to websites www.invest.mp.gov.in and www.mpindustry.gov.in. From November 1, online module of Part 1 and 2 will be closed down and instead of it Udyog Aadhar Memorandum will be filed online on the portal http://udyogaadhar.gov.in of Ministry for Micro, Small and Medium Industries from November 1, 2015.
No fee would be charged for filing Udyog Aadhar Memorandum. As an exception, in the areas where online filing facility is not available due to some reasons, hard copy of Agreement Part 1 will be submitted to District Industries Centre for online filing of Udyog Aadhar Memorandum. Accordingly, receipt of Udyog Aadhar Memorandum will be generated and sent to e-mail given in the memorandum. It will contain Unique Udyog Aadhar Number. The enterprises already having filed both EM Part-1 and 2 or both registration holder small industries under Madhya Pradesh Micro, Small and Medium Industries Act-2006, need not file Udyog Aadhar Memorandum. However, they can do so if they wish. Udyog Aadhar Memorandum will contain Aadhar Number of managing shareholder as proprietor of enterprise and an authorised person in other cases of enterprises.
There would be no taboo on using one Aadhar Number for filing more than one Udyog Aadhar Memorandum. It would be filed on self-declaration basis. Presentation of any document is not necessary while filing Memorandum. However, State Government or competent authority may demand documents pertaining to information given in Udyog Aadhar Memorandum.
