Two persons who had sustained burn injuries at Kanha Kunj phase 2 on December 7, succumbed while undergoing treatment on Friday; one woman died in the fire.
According to the police, the deceased Seni alias Senti Kapoor (30) and Pannalal (38) died on Friday who sustained burn injuries at Seni’s house in a short circuit borne fire. Mankesh Bai wife of Senti died on the same day after she sustained burn injuries.
In the initial investigation three persons including a woman sustained injuries in an short circuit borne fire when they were at home.
After the preliminary investigation the body was sent for the post mortem and a case under section 174 of the CrPC was registered.
Senti’s wife was cooking over an electric heater stove which caught fire resulting in death of three.
The deceased Senti used to work as security guard at the colony and used to stay in a shanty at the premises with his family. At the time of incident Pannalal who was Senti’s relative was present and injured in the fire.
Meanwhile, a 50-year-old man died after he fell from terrace at Tanver Estate under Awadhpuri police station area on Thursday.
The deceased identified as Gurudev Singh was rushed to a nearby hospital after he fell from terrace while watering plants where he was declared brought dead.
After the preliminary investigation the body was sent for the post mortem and a case under section 174 of the CrPC was registered. The police have started further investigation.
