Even after a week, police remained clueless about two teenage girls who were abducted from Prempura under Kamla Nagar police station area. The police have registered a case of kidnapping on Sunday.
Police said Neha (15) and Varsha (17) were kidnapped on August 13 by Brijesh Valmiki and Manoj Yadav from Prempura. On August 13, the two victims Neha and Varsha who did not turn up till late in the evening where searched by the family members. The father of the victims Dinesh Irpache after searching for hours lodged a missing complaint with the Kamla Nagar police and alleged that the two accused Brijesh Valmiki and Manoj Yadav of his locality have kidnapped his daughters.
During investigation the police found that the two accused Brijesh Valmiki and Manoj Yadav were involved in the kidnap of his daughters. The police have registered a case under Section 363 and 366 of the IPC and have started further investigation. Till date both the accused and victims are not traced and the police have started searching for the crime record of the accused. Meanwhile, police have claimed to have arrested a man who was involved in a case of rape and abduction of a 19-year-old girl on July 21. However, three of his accomplices are still at large.
Police said the victim was abducted and raped by the accused. She was held captive for a couple of days and after escaping the victim reported the crime to the family and police. During the investigation lala Ram Veera was nabbed by the police. The police have confirmed that during the interrogation and investigation the information about the other three accused would be obtained. The police have registered a case under Section 363, 366 and 376 of the IPC and have started further investigation.
