Two-day Gwalior District KAG Karate Championship ended today at Jiwaji Club. LNIPE Vice Chancellor Prof Vivek Pandey was the Chief Guest of the program. Sant Kripal Singh, Special Guest and president of the ceremony gave away the prizes to the winners.
On this occasion, along with Keshav Pandey, President of Karate-Do Association of Gwalior, Additional SP of Gwalior Rajesh Dandotia, Aditya Bhadoria, Deepak Tomar and DK Srivastava were also on stage as guests.
Achievers Academy captured the runner up trophy of the championship while Sia Fitness & Martial Arts stood at the second runner up position. SBM School of Martial Arts became the overall champion of the championship.
On the last day, many national and international players of Gwalior mesmerized the audience with their performance in the black belt category. Nidhi Sharma, Paridhi Shrimant, Vidhi Sharma, Vaishnavi Pandey, Yogita Bhadoria, Shelly Gole, Arpita Pareek were the winners in the girls' category while Prithviraj Pandey, Shivam Kushwaha, Mohit Chaurasia, Gautam and others won medals in the boys' category.
