Berasia police has booked two miscreants for sharing obscene video of a 20-year-old girl with her future in-laws. The accused was infuriated over the victim’s marriage with other guy and took help of his friend to circulate the same.
The police have booked Vijay Choubey and Jitendra Sharma in this connection. After receiving information of circulated obscene videos of the victim with her in-laws, she approached the police and lodged a complaint. The victim was aware that the accused had shared the video.
The victim in her complaint stated that the Vijay used to live in the same area and became friends. Later, he took obscene video which she was not aware of and the accused also wanted to marry her. The victim got engaged with other youth and when the accused came to know, he sent the video to her in-laws to foil her marriage.
The police have registered a case under section 67 IT Act and section 354 of the IPC.
Meanwhile, Nishatpura police have booked a 15-year-old boy who sexually assaulted victim while she playing at her house on Friday.
The victim was playing with other children at the terrace and when she was alone accused came and started to molestation and when raised alert her mother came to her rescue and he escaped.
The accused escaped from the spot while the victim approached Nishatpura police and lodged a complaint against the miscreant. Based on the complaint, the police registered a case of molestation and assault and detained the accused who went absconding after the crime.
