Habibganj police have booked a travel and tour agency for duping three Bina based residents to the tune of Rs 2.9 lakh in the name of Europr tour; police have registered a case after investigation.
Police said that accused Ashutosh Shrivastava collected money in the name of facilitating Europe tour for three members of the victim Prameshwar Prasad’s family a year ago.The victim in his complaint stated that he contacted Amber tour agency operator Ashutosh Shrivastava who booked the tour for three members of their family and package was provided at Rs 2.9 lakh.
The flight was scheduled from Delhi which never took off as victims were not provided any document regarding the foreign tour.After victim find that the accused was not willing to organise tour and not providing refund he lodged a complaint with the police.
