On the instructions of Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, Energy Minister Pradyuman Singh Tomar reached Sheopur and met the family members of the deceased in the boat accident and consoled them. Minister Shri Tomar also attended the last rites.
Tomar has expressed grief over the heart-wrenching incident of the death of seven people in an accident in Seep river in Sheopur district of Madhya Pradesh, when a boat full of 11 people sank.
He said that the state government will provide financial assistance to the families of all the deceased in the accident by providing ex-gratia amount as per rules. Tomar assured the bereaved families that the Madhya Pradesh government stands with them in this hour of grief.
