A three-day workshop on ‘Self-Introspection’ was held at BHEl, Bhopal for HR executives of its Bhopal unit at Devi Ahilya Bai Hall, Narmada Guest House, BHEl. GM - HRD/HR BHEl Bhopal PK Goyal was present as the chief guest on the occasion while AGM (HR) M Isadore, external faculty Varun Harnal and HRDC team were also present on the occasion.
Goyal in his address on the occasion shared about the rapidly changing business environment and its impact on BHEl. He said that we need to have a business oriented approach. He shared the philosophy of ABC where A stands for awareness, B for belongingness and C for commitment which will help in facing future challenges and taking BHEl forward.
During the concluding session the participants along with their HODs got the opportunity to interact and share their feedback with Director (HR), R Krishnan and ED, BHEl Bhopal, Shashi Ranjan Prasad. Krishnan stressed that HR need to relook into exiting HR processes and make them user- friendly and satisfying for employees. He stressed that Employee Motivation, Skill Development and Employee Engagement are the areas on which maximum thrust is needed in today’s business environment.
Earlier, Sr. Manager HRD Swagata S Saxena welcomed the distinguished guests and participants. She apprised that this is a special programme which is aimed at achieving professional and personal excellence in line with organizational goals. Ms Smriti Sharma, Sr. Executive (HR) convened the programme and proposed the vote of thanks.
