A three-day workshop on 'Winning Together Programme' for E1-E2 Executives of Bhopal unit began the other day at Human Resource Development Centre BHEl, Bhopal.
l Gopalkrishnan, GM (Quality), BHEl Bhopal was present as the Chief Guest on the occasion. PK Goyal, GM (HRD/HR) was the Guest of Honour. Brajesh Agrawal, A Mukherjee, I Soreng, Swagata S Saxena, CJ Christopher and Shri Hareesh Bagwar were present on the occasion as programme faculty. Total 22 Executives (E1 & E2) from Bhopal unit and EMRP Mumbai are participating in this programme.
I Soreng, Sr DGM (HRD) and programme director welcomed the distinguished guests and participants. He briefed about the genesis of this programme and also gave an overview of the programme. He shared that this programme revolves around Quality, Productivity and building Relationships.
PK Goyal, GM (HD/HR) apprised that this is a tailor-made programme which is being specially designed for E1 & E2 executives. All E1 & E2 executives across the company shall be covered under this programme in two years. He insisted that we should do things which are in our reach so that we can aim to achieve things which are beyond our reach. He said Patience is the key to success in all situations.
l Gopalkrishnan, GM (Quality) shared various aspects to meaning of winning together. He gave an overview of the rapidly changing and highly competitive business environment and its impact on BHEl.
He emphasized the importance of quality so as to deliver the right product the first time thereby avoiding reworks and rejections. He shared the role of activity based experiential learning in bringing about attitudinal changes in individuals which forms the very foundation of this training programme.
